ConnectCore 6UL operating system freezes

Hi,

We are working with a custom board using the ConnectCore 6UL. The operating systems used is based in Yocto 2.6 (Thud) and we are using the Digi layers.

We have seen the system freezes randomly and we cannot connect to the board using ssh, the serial console doesn’t respond and the display is not refreshed. When the system freezes we cannot find any message in dmesg or serial console, so we don’t know which or why this problem is caused.We have seen if we increase the cpu frequency to 528000 this problem doesn’t happen or we cannot reproduce it.

Could someone tell me if this problem has ever happened to you?

We have occasionally seen similar behavior on our custom boards using CC6UL. Most of our deployed units run on 2.6, but also some on 3.0.
Any updates on this issue?
