# AnywhereUSB 14 blinking red

Our AnywhereUSB 14 is blinking red after it is turned on.

It’s combination 2-3-2 red blinks separated by one green blink.

Device is not avaliable.

Could you please tell me what is the reason why device is not working ?

I sent the device to authorized service. They fixed it.  
This was probably hardware issue. If you can’t send it for servicing try to unplug power several times. It sometimes helped to temporary resolve the problem.
