Anywhereusb/5 Gen2 drops com ports

Hello,

I have an anywhereUSB/5 box that has 3 serial to USB connections, and a toshiba dynadock that has my video/mouse/kb. I can configure the device correctly and it connects just fine. After a period of time(random) it loses one of the com ports. I can disconnect one on the com ports and this problem goes away. I am not sure what is causing this issue. I am fairly new to this product and not sure where to go next with it. All help is appreciated.

USB to Serial converters are supported by AUSB.
Try updating the firmware and the driver of AUSB and the USB to serial converter
