# API Node Discovery Command for XBee DigiMesh 2.4

Hi all, I am a newbee and have what I think is a very simple question. What library/code should I use to issue a ATND command via the API. Just want to get the SL ids from each of the xbees. Also need some help with the initial set-up of both radios…any good tutorials would be most apprediated.

P.S also using and Arduino but open to just using xbees if poss.

You can find the Product manual for Digi XBee / XBee-PRO DigiMesh 2.4 OEM RF Modules at the following link, “[http://ftp1.digi.com/support/documentation/90000991\_C.pdf](http://ftp1.digi.com/support/documentation/90000991_C.pdf)”. You can get the information about API Operations on page number 47.
