We have digicm 32 with fw version of 1.9.0. I disabled telnet from “System Administration -\> Security Profile”, so I can only access the server via SSH. But I am still able to connect to the console server via telnet. Please advise.

This is not a known problem. A few options:

Reboot the CM.

Did you upgrade from an earlier firmware rev? If yes:
–Export your config (Sys admin-\>Conf mgmt-\>Export)
–Factory default all except IP (Sys admin-\>Conf mgmt-\>Import)
–Retest disabling telnet
–Import config (Sys admin-\>Conf mgmt-\>Import)

If you still have problems. A screen shot of the “Network-\>IP filtering” screen may help.
