# Can XBee S2C module communicate using Light Link with Philips Hue devices?

Is it possible to configure the XBee S2C module using XCTU to communicate using Light Link with Philips Hue devices? I can see the Philips Hue devices in XCTU when i do a network scan, but i cannot load their properties or initialize them.

Yes they can but you need to use the HA profile settings. You also need to issue the proper ZDO or Zigbee device object commands via the XBee modules API interface.

What are the HA profile settings, required to communicate with a philips Hue, or an equivalent bulb.
