# Change Profile won't change from Custom to RealPort

I have a Digi Connect SP that has Python and cloud features however I just want to use the Digi One SP device as I have for the past 5 years. When I try to change the Profile of my Serial port from Custom to RealPort it looks like it changed but after a reboot the Serial Profile changes back to Custom. Again, in the past with other Digi One SP units (no Python or cloud support) I just changed the Serial port Profile to RealPort, rebooted, and I was good to go. Please help and explain why I can not save RealPort as my Serial port Profile. I truly appreciate any support or suggestions. Thanks, Bob Gold

Are you running the latest firmware on this Connect SP device? If not, let us know if updating the firmware helps.
