change the parameter device with XCT-U does not work

I use X-CTU to modify the parameter for XBee-PRO 868 with Remote config. I’m conect to the COORDINATOR and discover all address (device). Select the device discoverd and I try to read the parameters.
In this step don’t work to read selected device.
Any Ideas?

Unplug and plug the power and modules and try again.
