Client Errors - Improper Port Number ??

The connection to the digi box keeps constantly dropping out on multile systems we’ve installed. We get an error like so
ncxd(digi_realport0,10.1.203.100) Client Protocol Error - Improper Port Number

The connect re-connects after about a 10 second try. Anyone any ideas what this problem is ?

I recommend starting by confirming the latest versions of the firmware and RealPort driver have been applied from Digi’s web-site.

If problems still occur using the latest, I recommend contacting Digi Technical Support for further assistance debugging this problem.
