I have two connect x2 coordinator, each of which has smart plug and in-home display. How can I send message between the two coordinators. For example, I want to send one command from one coordinator to the smart plug of the other coordinator.

Is this your product? In each ZigBee or SmartEnergy network there can be only one coordinator which is responsible of creating the network. So, one of your modules that now is a coordinator must be reconfigured as a router in order to be able to connect to the network created by the other one (the coordinator) and can be discovered.
