Delivery mistake

We have bought a Digi Neo Universal PCI (3.3v & 5v) 8-port Low Profile (board only) recently, but it appeared, that both brackets (the one installed on the card already and the one packaged) are identical and not low-profile. What should we do to get the very needed now low-profile mounting bracket?
Our supplier was Kraft-S, Russia, Samara. But it was just a usual delivery, so noone in Russia is guilty for that, as i suppose, the package was sealed.

Done that, included all the serials, i saw on the card. Still, no response from your tech support in my mail-box.
