We are currently using Digi PortServer TS2 devices to connect to a scale at our sites. We use Citrix DaaS to run the application with COM redirection, devices are connected to the workstation with Realport. The application works fine with the Portserver devices and can detect the COM ports and receive the data. When we try to use a ConnectEZ 2 device instead, the application can’t detect the COM port. The port light flashes like it is being scanned and we can see the data in Putty on the workstation. Is there something different we need to set on the EZ instead?

Hello,

Have you tried using the Digi Navigator software to setup the Connect EZ 2?

@ryboyle , did you get this resolved by opening a support case with us, or what was the outcome?
