# digi one sp problem

I have lost a password for one digi one sp installed 3 weeks ago… how i can discover it or reset all data into digi one ? tanks in advance for help…

There is a small reset button underneath the unit next to the dip switches. Do not use a very sharp object, as it may damage the soft button.

Simply hold the button in for about 30 seconds while powering on the unit to reset it to factory defaults.
