digi xbee pro sx modules uart transmission is not working . There any way to find out module is powered up or not?

Sure can you enter command mode?

What is the Associating indicator doing?

How about the On PWR pin?

Are you able to talk to it using API mode and over the air commands?

How about doing a Node Discovery from a remote module?
