# DigiConnect core 8x first install problem

Hello  
I have ConnectCore 8x SOM install on my board. I would like install linux os but I have error, see below:

CPU: NXP i.MX8QXP RevC A35 at 1200 MHz at 54C  
DRAM: 2 GiB  
MCA: HW\_VER=1 FW\_VER=0.18  
MMC: FSL\_SDHC: 0, FSL\_SDHC: 1  
In: serial  
Out: serial  
Err: serial  
Model: Digi International ConnectCore 8X SBC Pro Board.  
ConnectCore 8X SOM variant 0x02: 2 GiB LPDDR4, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, MCA, Crypto-auth  
Board version undefined, ID undefined  
Boot: MMC0
