# Digione IAP Crashes in PPP mode

HI,  
I am really worried because I have 3 different DO IAP configured as PPP mode connecting a serial slave device to the network in IEC 870-5-104 protocol. I am using as slave the ibox of GE and as master a D20 also GE product. The problem is that the communication at first is good but after 20 to 40 minutos de DO crashes and I am not able to access via web browser to the configuration of the DO, but I can ping its ip direction. It never restablish until I restart the DO IAP and the communication come back and I can access the DO via web server, can anyone tell me what could be happened? I have upgraded the firmware to the last and the 3 units are new. Thanks
