Ok, how dead am I? I did not check post code and updated with the latest firmware. non-responsive to even pings. Is there a way to revive? Need it working early am tomorrow for tech arrival to troubleshoot another piece that this connects to. HAD BEEN WORKING FINE…! thx.

Sorry, Digi was closed for President’s day.  
You may be able to recover the unit. Please see the steps at this link.

If these steps fail, it will have to sent in to be reprogrammed.
