We have an Open Systems International (OSI) SCADA system which communicates to various RTUs across our network. The previous technician used a TS4 here at our office connected serially to a Cisco TS and at the far office a TS4 connected to the RTU. He did this, I think, because he could never get the master to talk directly to the far office TS4 just as it does to the Cisco. This is cumbersome way to do things. How do you set the far TS4 up to where the master will send data directly to the far TS4? I can ping the far TS4, but I have not been able to set it up to where the master can see the far port to talk through?
