ERROR: Target VCC failure. Please check target voltage.

Hi,
this is my first experience in this new world and I have a problem with the configuration of my Digi JumpStart Kits.
The debugger gives me the following error: “ERROR: Target VCC failure. Please check target voltage.”
The problem is the VTarger = 1.2 V instead of 3.3 V (only 3 times I returned this value and everything worked).
Does anyone know how to help me, I do not know how to solve this problem!

thanks

Hi,
The ME needs between 3 - 3.33V to operate. Going beyond this range will introduce undefined behavior.
Keith

Keith,
thanks for the answer!
What can I do when the voltage not reached 3/3.3 V?
Is there any setting to be set?

No, unfortunately not.

I was wrong on the voltage range. It should be 3.14 - 3.45 (see pg. 43):

It’s been a while since I’ve used a jump start kit. I assume this is for the Jlink debugger in NETOS, correct? If so, are all the connections tight?

Keith

It’s correct, Jlink debugger in NETOS!

Thank you very much for your replies!

Makse sure that you have all connections made properly.
pc-usb-JTAG-module.
Also can you take a picture of your ME dev board and upload here? I remember there were some dev boards manufactured with JTAG header populated wrongly…
