# EtherLite 162 Ports locked up

Ports 7 and 8 will not except any input. I have found 3.58 VDC outputting from the terminal server through both the Rx+ and Rx-. Is there a way to reset the terminal server and restore the ports?

What are the baud rate/sample rate limitations for the EtherLite 162? I have an input into my system that I feel may be causing problems. The input is 115200 baud @ 200 Hz. Will this input dammage the terminal server?
