Can I communicate one serial device from ONRON that use seral Hostlink protocol with another one wich uses modbus TCP/IP via Ethernet port?
Sadly no - there was some work on that within the DOIAP. However our contacts at Omron didn’t think this was useful, noone ever helped explain how users use the various “DM” and other data areas, so it was never completed.
