# How can i use Digi Transport WR31 as a Modbus Gateway

I have done all the configurations but no solution at all.  
I have 2 computers connected to the Digi Transport, one is connected serially with DB9 to the serial interface and the other is connected to ethernet0 interface, i am using a modbus poll on one computer with the ethernet interface to poll data from the other computer connected serially and has a modbus slave software running on it but i have not been able to connect.

Basically what i want to achieve after this test is to connect a flow computer to the digi transport interface and poll modbus data from a computer through gsm internet connection.

i need help badly.
