I am a newbie with I2C.

in the i2c\_devices.lib there is functions for the eeprom 24c08.
how would i modify this routine to read the 24c08.

Any examples?

24c08 8 Kbit part
24c04 4 Kbit part.

I tried using the example with the following lines.

char read\_string[513];
i2c\_init();

read\_string[0] = 0x00;
ReadEEPROM(read\_string,0x00,data\_size);

It reads 0x00 in read\_string

do i have the address correct?
Thanks
