# Installation error of X-CTU in windows 10

I can not install the X-CTU in windows 10. The notification show a word of “Error copying file from packed archive”. Please advice me to install.

Make sure you are logged in as the computer Administrator and you are not trying to install it from the web site but from a downloaded file that is on your PC.
