# LEDs don't  flash when I power on

Hi, I connected the 15th and 16th pins to the ground and Vcc 3.3 V but i couldn’t get the LEDS on !!! What can be the problem?  
Is there a basic problem or was the device destroyed???

Did you connect a network cable to it? The yellow LED will not go on unless a cable is plugged in. The green will not go on if there is no network traffic.
