I have a web page server working well within our network so now placed I placed it outside of our firewall on a static public IP address. The web server appears to work well within the US and Canada but a Russian customer and a customer in England can not load the site.

I have looked through the rabbit documentation and have done some internet searches. I found a parameter called time-to-live (TCP\_TTL) in the TCP.lib file and changed from a default value of 64 to 250 yet this did not fix the problem.

Does anyone have a recommendation?
