# MIPI-CSi Camera for Digi ConnectCore MP255 Development Kit

Hi,  
I’m currently working with the MP255 development kit. I wanted to know if it was possible to connect 2 MIPI-CSI cameras at the same time without using any additional components?  
And if anyone has already connected a camera different from the OV5640 shown in the examples.  
In my case, I want to use the VC MIPI IMX296 C to capture video.

You can only connect one MIPI-CSI camera at a time. For the camera, we also tried the camera that ST provides with their kit.

And do you think it’s possible to use a MIPI-CSI multpilexing card to connect more than one camera ?
