# need help in WR31 ModBUS RTU to ModBUS TCP conversion

Hello is there anyone knows how to configure WR31 to be able to read PLC data by modbus as slave. I tried configured but no luck.

Hi

My understanding is the transport can be used as a modbus gateway between Modbus TCP and serial Modbus

if you want the router to read a slave you would have to program it through python
