# no communication with xbee pro for changing firmware using xctu sw

i have a xbee pro card on waspmote controller as zig-bee co-ordinator and i want to use it as zig-bee router api using xctu but i communication is not getting establish with usb port i have tried all setting and change pc also ,but i can communicate with waspmote controller so how can i change firmware of this module

You would need to remove the module and mount it on an XBIB or similar interface board first and then the PC.
