Problem with vista sp2

Dear Sirs,
we have installed the AnywhereUsb concentrator but the workstation that is running windows vista sp2 cannot connect to the device.
The status is showing :
Connecting to this computer…

Could you help please?

Please upload a screen capture of Windows Device Manager (maximized) with the USB section expanded.

Also, is Windows Firewall enabled or disabled?

The windows firewall is disabled by default.

Now click Edit / Connection List and delete the AnywhereUSB’s IP address from there, then close the Connection List. What does the “Status” at the bottom-right say now?
