Our state agency bought 2 Rapidport/4s, and we want to make sure we have the latest firmware version, but we don’t know the part number of the modem. The modems are in a separate building, and it may take a while for us to get in touch with someone who has physical access. So, I was wondering if you can tell me which version we need. The following is output from the modem’s log: ATI1 - C11F ATI2 - OK ATI3 - Agere OCM V.92 Rapidport USB Data/Fax Modem Version 1.02k ATI4 - 18 ATI5 - OCM Ver3.9/1.7,0,34 ATI6 - Embedded Regulatory Approval Model: MT9234SMI ATI7 - Standard Release DP2SH mode-ei SERIAL DATA FAX+V34Fax+Class2+2.x+ECM Sphone ---

Rapidport/4 units with “Agere” modem modules like these are the latest and greatest to-date. These should be shipping with 1.02k firmware which is the latest.
