# Serial communication problem of Xbee in linux C

Hello,

I am developing on linux C for serial communication by using Xbee+USB-serial Converter board. I am able to transmit the API frames with my linux terminal. But on the receiving side I am unable to receive bytes on terminal.

Although both are working fine with XCTU and Hyper-terminal.

Can anyone guide me with this?

I don’t recall who created it but there is a person who wrote an application for Linux. You may want to do a quick Google search for XBee and Linux to find it. That will help you to then see what you need to do in your application to get this to work.
