What are the causes of a "stack error"?

Hi,

I am developing a product, and while using a XBee Pro S2B in End User mode, latest API firmware from web site, am getting regular Modem Status response >= 0x80 (0x8C to be precise) which in the manual says is a “stack error”.

Every time this occurs, it rejoins the network. (0x02 modem status response)

There is nothing in the documentation that i can see which explains why this happens and what can i do to prevent it.

How can I find out more info on what is causing this?

Are you using non-digi zigbee modules as well on this network?

you can adjust the stack the digi uses with the ZS command.
