# what is the lifespan of the battery in XBEE pro S2B module

i am using XBEE pro S2B module, is there any battery inside. if its there what is the lifespan of the battery.

No, there is no battery located inside of an XBee module. You have to connect the OEM Module to a power source to operate it.
