Where are all the stream definitions?

Hi,
Where can I find the definition of all the device streams for a Digi Connect Tank unit?

I can gleam a little information through the Device Cloud management portal (Device Management > Device > Configuration > Alarm Settings / Cellular Setting etc.) but this doesn’t list all the streams e.g. ts1/cper nor how to interpret some of the values returned such as a bit field alarm state ts1/aem?

Any help appreciated.
