wi-sp to cnc machine tools

hi, I’m trying to communicate with a group of cnc machine tools using Wi-SP. I can communticate pc/pc using a null serial cable but this cable is not compatable with my machine tools. The normal cable I use pc/cnc is shown in the attached picture. I think I need a new cable or change the Wi-SP box dip switches to make it compatable with my current cable?

The cable outlined in the attached image should work on the Wi-SP as it has a standard DB9 connector.
