Windows Update fails...

I tried to download and install the AnywhereUSB April 2009 driver update from Windows Update yesterday. The download went fine, but the update hung up. I had to cancel it after being hung in one place for about 2 hours. After rebooting, my AnywhereUSB device no longer works. In looking at the XP downloads on the Digi website it appears an October 2008 is the latest version out there. Where/how can I get the April 2009 version that Windows Update is trying to install?

Gary,

I don’t recommend using Windows Update. I’m surprised, in fact, that Windows Update has an AnywhereUSB driver on there.

I recommend instead manually installing the AnywhereUSB driver.

What OS is the PC running that you want to connect to the AnywhereUSB? And is it 32-bit or 64-bit? Once I get that info I will recommend a specific driver version for you to use.
