# xbee router can transmit but not receive

Having a nightmare with these xbees…

I have 2 Xbee2 xbee24-ZB( firmware 22A7). Both connect via USB to XCTU perfectly and I can see params, flash firmware etc all OK. They have been flashed with defaults as far as I can tell, and one is a Zigbee Router AT and one is a Zigbee Coordinator AT.

However…

I can use XCTU console to send packets from the router to the coordinator, but not from the coordinator to the router.

This should work so how do I get it to happed??

Can you please verify what firmware version is installed on both modules?

yes. Coordinator is 20A7, Router is 22A7.
