xbee S2 cannot scan other manufacturer zigbee module

Hello. I am an engineer of an MCU company.

We are currently working on a zigbee communications project supporting the ZigBee HA 1.2 protocol.

I have two Xbee S2 modules and an em3500 chip embedded in the SmartThings SmartSense sensor product.

First, I made API mode and ZDO setting, and tried to connect to Xbee module with Coordinator-Router, Router-Router and Router-EndDevice using Explicit Tx Command in X-CTU app.

Even if I change the channel of the Xbee module and search for the device, I can not find the em350 Zigbee module except Xbee.

If you are sharing the same frequency and channel, you might be able to search for devices. Why does not the device search?

Is there any way to connect another manufacturer’s Zigbee module in X-CTU or Command …?
Is there another manufacturer that is compatible with Xbee S2?
