Hello,

I`m new here and I do not know how to programm two XBee-modules in API mode. The one of the XBee-module should be the coordinator and the other one the End-Device. The coordinator should communicate with MATLAB and the End-Device with a stm microcontroller. There is the problem: I do not know how to programm the data-frame in MATLAB or the Software for the microcontroller. In transparent-mode I can read or send the serial datas over MATLAB, but not the data frame needed for the API mode.
Has anybody an idea or a short introduction how to programm this???

Thank you for your help…

Torben

Using x-ctu you can program the modules in API mode.
For 802.15.4 modules, you need to set AP=1(to enable API mode).
