# XCTU Update Firmware Error

Hi, I have 2 new Xbees (XB24-Z7WIT-004). When I connect each of them to PC, XCTU can recognize the module. Then I click on it and XCTU says:

Could not find a firmware for the selected device, do you want to update the radio firmware library ? yes

Error while loading Firmware Library: “, could not log in: 530 Invalid userid/password”.

I tried many times, Once it proceeds then I got timeout error, other than that I got the above error.

I looked for the firmware file to download it, but I couldn’t find it. I even Uninstall and reinstall the XCTU, still getting the error.

Please share your thoughts

I do know of to fix this but you may find some firmwares here
