By mistake, i’ve configured the sleep time to 3. When i tried to configure the Xbee module, it’s showing “modem link fail” when test/query is given from “XCTU” software.I’ve tried with all baudrates & in API mode also. Is there any way to solve this this issue?

The new XCTU has the XBee recovery under the spanner/wrench symbol.
Sure, use another node that is in API mode and send over a remote AT command resetting your sleep period.
