Hi,

We are building a sensor network where remotes are configured as routers. We would like all messages that come from remote devices to coordinator to be written out the coordinator UART and processed by code running on a beaglebone black. We have not been successful reading any API frames via the coordinator installed on a Xbee cape. When both xbees are in transparent mode we see information on both xbees via terminal software. When in API 2 no data is present on the coordinator UART.

Can anyone tell me what API frames sent by remotes to the coordinator that we written to the coordinator UART?

What are we missing?

Thank you…

Set AO parameter to 7 on the receiving Xbee module and check if it helps.

I have noticed that AO set to 3 works better.
