I have an XU-Z11 dongle which stopped responding. I cannot read or write to it. The CTS indicator is live. The dongle has no reset button. How can I recover it?

I tried to update the firmware via XTCU but the operation failed and now my dongle is on programmable mode.

When recovering my module I have to choose a “product family” but it is not clear which is correct for the Zigbee X-Stick Part # XU-Z11. There is no XU type family, I have version 6.3.0 of XCTU. Thanks!
