AT command through PIC microprocessor

hi all,

i using a PIC to read AT data in stead of X-CTU,
here is my code

if the TX pic is connect to MAX232 then to PC, it will show 1388,
but if connect to RX pin of PIC and then show in LCD, it only show 111111111,
the rest wont show, anyone know what is the problem?
