Can I extract the compiled code to upload it on another controller?

Hello,

I have 4 identical controllers in a winery application doing the same functions on different machines. One of the controllers broke and I don’t have the code with which it was programmed.

This is why I was thinking a solution would be to extract the compiled code from a controller and then download it to a new identical controller. Is there a way to do this?
