when trying to open protools, get message -DAE error 1115, then program shuts down.

I’ve never seen that error, so I’m not sure what might be causing it.
If you think your Digi product or driver is causing this error, my suggestion would be to call Digi technical support so someone can assist you in troubleshooting the cause.
