Digi Neo 4-Port PCIe on Windows 2012R2

Hi,

I have purchased Digi Neo 4-port adapter PCIe serial card (model 77000890).

I can get all the ports recognised in Windows 8.1 on lenovo E73 desktop PC, but NOT on Windows Server 2012R2 (x3630) it does not recognise the card/ports correctly, and I am unable to update the driver as instructed.

Any help on overcoming this issue is most appreciated.

Please did you try the Windows Server 2012 driver available on the support web site?
