Driver for multiport ISA card

Dear Sirs,

We have product multiport ISA card:
DBI A/N 30001624 Rev E
S/N A2718894

Label No: 5924 BTW 9429,
and we have problem installing on Win 2000.

Please send us any suggestion: how to fix this problem, drivers for Win2k/XP, user manual.
