We’re trying to upgrade the firmware on various Digi Connect Wi-ME. The starting post version is 82000941_H and the starting firmware version is 82000977_J. We’re trying to update to post version 82000941_J.bin and 82000977_L. Upgrading the post firmware first (as it’s indicated in the download page) goes well, but when we try to upgrade firmware 82000977_L the web interface shows an error with “unknown reason” shown.
Would you please help us. We’re newbie on this device and this behavior is similar in the rest of Digi Connect Wi-ME we have.
